I’ve been going to gyms for years and wasn’t seeing results. I was stuck at the same weight even though I was going 3 to 4 times a week. Crossfit is a completely different take on fitness. The coach is excellent. He has a unique gift to motivate you to work your hardest and I am seeing results! In a month, I’ve lost 5 pounds and this is thanks to Crossfit. Good riddance Gold’s Gym. I have had wonderful relations will all Crossfit members! I look forward to workouts with people who cheer you on and help push you. But, at the center of of this gym is an honest, family man who cares about people and will do whatever he can to help you succeed. Try it yourself and you will be hooked!

These workouts are legit and the coaches are solid. It’s great to do them with a group because you are motivated to keep going. Kicks my butt every time I do it and I can feel the results immediately.

I have been very happy with Eugene Crossfit! I am seeing results in both my improved performance and physical appearance. The owner has helped with my nutrition and given 1on1 assistance when I needed it. He is even helping me plan my training with an eye toward a big event I have coming up this spring. I recommend Eugene Crossfit to all of my friends.

CrossFit Kids and Teens has a new coach – Spencer! Our fall CrossFit Kids classes are 4:00pm and 4:45pm on weekdays and CrossFit Teens at 5:30pm every weekday too. Talk to Coach Spencer or Coach Jeremy to find out more information about prices.
