Class schedule is normal today!!

The Smack Down was a huge success! Thank you to everyone who helped, volunteered, judged, and competed. It was a huge success because of all of you. Couldn’t have done it without you!

Today’s workout will include farmer’s carry, odd object carry, squats, and presses.

Today’s workout will be unloading the equipment from the Smack Down and putting it back in place in the gym. It may not be glorious but it is constantly varied and we certainly don’t do it often. If you have gloves you may want to bring them because the mats can be fairly dirty. See you there.

If you want more cardio in your lives you can run a 800m before and after we unload the equipment.
